Candidates should have a BS in Electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics. In addition, they should be registered to practice before the patent office.
The responsibilities include: preparing legal documents for clients, filing papers online at the USPTO, and/or docketing patent-related matters. We prefer candidates with undergraduate degrees.
